Almost time to go...at least the gear is all in one pile

It's taken a while, but I think that just about all of the gear for the inaugural BYU-Idaho Marine Biology Field Experience (MBFE) is finally in one pile.  There are scopes, books, buckets, quadrats, vertical elevation poles, shovels, glassware, nets, and as the King of Siam was fond of saying in The King and I, "Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera."  It must be nearly time to go.

My TA, Daniel Hope, and I will to load up tomorrow and leave early on Friday, arriving at the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology (OIMB) of the University of Oregon that night.  We will be there to meet all of the students as they arrive on Saturday, help them know where they need to go, and get them settled in.  Then the fun begins!

It's real.  It's happening.  It's exciting.  Stay tuned.
